These terms apply when you use the Kija Creations website or buy products from Kija Creations. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Kija Creations makes small-batch remedies and one-of-a-kind wearable art by hand. Natural colour, scent and finish may vary between remedy batches. Each earring listing is for the exact pair shown in its photographs. Product availability can change until checkout is completed.
Please read the product description, ingredients, directions and cautions before purchase and use. Product information is not medical advice. Stop using a product and seek appropriate advice if you experience an adverse reaction.
Prices are shown in Australian dollars. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and the final order total are shown at Shopify checkout before payment. Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and Kija Creations sends an order confirmation. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a refund.
Available shipping methods, current charges and estimated transit times are shown at checkout. The current domestic options are standard shipping for $11, free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more, and express shipping for $15. Shopify currently displays estimated transit times of 3–5 business days for standard delivery and 1–2 business days for express delivery.
These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Handmade order preparation, weekends, public holidays, severe weather and remote or regional delivery can add time. Check your delivery address carefully. If an order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, email us with your order number so we can investigate and provide a remedy where required.
Products sold by Kija Creations come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, unsafe, materially different from its description, or otherwise fails a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or another remedy. The available remedy depends on the circumstances and whether the failure is major or minor.
Contact us before returning anything. Include your order number, a description of the problem and photographs where useful. We may assess the item before confirming the remedy. Where required by the Australian Consumer Law, Kija Creations will cover reasonable return costs.
A change of mind does not automatically create a right to a refund or exchange. Change-of-mind returns are not guaranteed, particularly for opened personal-care products or one-of-a-kind pieces. Email us promptly and do not send an item back unless we have agreed to the return. This does not limit your rights for a product that fails a consumer guarantee.
Website text, photographs, artwork, branding and other content belong to Kija Creations or are used with permission. You may browse and share links for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, sell or exploit this content without written permission, or use the website unlawfully or in a way that interferes with its operation.
To the extent permitted by law, Kija Creations is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded, including applicable consumer-guarantee rights.
