How to Read a Bush Remedy Label
Ingredients, directions and cautions without the guesswork
Kija Creations5 min read

A product name can tell you what a remedy is, but the label tells you how to approach it. Kija Creations publishes the current ingredient list, directions and caution from Shopify on each remedy page so the practical information stays beside the live product.
The ingredient guide adds plain-language context without turning a cosmetic label into a medical promise.
Start with the product format
A dry scrub, clay powder, balm, oil, mist and cleansing smoke are used differently. Read the product description and directions before comparing individual ingredients, because the complete formula and method matter more than any single ingredient in isolation.
Read the full ingredient list
Ingredient wording is preserved from the current product label. Botanical common names, cosmetic ingredient names and Kuku Yalanji plant names are not silently replaced with guessed identities.
Each linked ingredient page explains what the ingredient is and the role it has in that Kija Creations formula. The product page remains the source for the complete list.
Directions and cautions belong together
Follow the amount, method and rinse or storage instructions shown for the product. Read the caution before first use, especially where a formula contains essential oils, warming spices or ingredients that should be kept away from eyes and sensitive areas.
Product information is not medical advice. If you have a known allergy, a health condition or uncertainty about suitability, seek appropriate professional advice before use.
Expect natural variation
Small batches made with natural materials can vary slightly in colour, scent and texture. That variation does not replace the need to check the current label, directions, caution, expiry or storage information supplied with the product you receive.
